1. Definitions
- Prerex: the web prerendering service provided through supported integrations and cloud infrastructure.
- Provider: Simone Fusco, VAT IT02760330023 — CF FSCSMN93L21C933S, Via Paolo Giovio 14, 22071 Cadorago (CO), Italy.
- User: any individual or legal entity that registers and uses the Service.
- Integration: the WordPress plugin, middleware or reverse-proxy configuration that connects a site to Prerex.
- Site: the User's website or web application connected to the Service.
2. Acceptance
Use of the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms.
3. Service Description
- Page rendering via headless browser on cloud infrastructure
- Caching and distribution of rendered HTML to bots and crawlers
- Bot identity verification via DNS
- Automatic rendering time optimization (Rex Sense)
- HTML cleanup to lighten pages served to bots
- Dashboard with SEO impact metrics
4. Plans and Pricing
4.1 Trial
€0 for 14 days: 1 domain, initial configuration and up to 100 new renders.
4.2 Prerex Core (€29.90/month or €299/year)
1 domain, SEO bots, cache, dashboard, up to 100 active pages and 2,500 new renders.
4.3 Prerex Boost (€49.90/month or €499/year)
1 domain, up to 500 active pages and 10,000 new renders, SEO/AI/Social bots, Rex Sense, HTML cleanup, alerts and an automated monthly report.
4.4 Agency (€129/month)
Up to 5 domains with shared usage, support and automated reports.
4.5 Enterprise
Quoted separately for e-commerce, portals, large archives or special requirements.
Prices may be updated with 30 days' notice.
5. Registration and Account
- Valid email and password of at least 8 characters
- The User is responsible for credential security
- Account not shareable between unrelated entities
6. User Obligations
- Use the Service only for sites owned or authorized
- Do not use for illegal activities
- Do not attempt access to unauthorized resources
- Do not intentionally overload the Service
- Keep the selected integration updated
7. Service Availability (SLA)
Uptime target: 99.5% on a monthly basis. Excluded: scheduled maintenance, force majeure, User hosting issues, DDoS attacks. Unplanned downtime >24h: proportional credit for users on paid plans.
8. Intellectual Property
- Plugin, API, infrastructure and Rex Sense are exclusive property of the Provider
- WordPress plugin distributed under GPL2 license
- The User retains ownership of their content
- Decompiling or copying server-side logic is prohibited
9. Limitation of Liability
Service provided "as is". The Provider does not guarantee specific ranking results. Maximum liability: amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation at any time, data removed within 30 days. No refunds for partial billing periods. The Provider may suspend violating accounts with 7 days' notice.
11. Changes
Communicated via email with at least 30 days' advance notice.
12. Governing Law
Italian law. Jurisdiction: Como, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.

- Titolare: Simone Fusco, P.IVA 02760330023 — CF FSCSMN93L21C933S, con sede in Via Paolo Giovio 14, 22071 Cadorago (CO), Italia.
- Utente: la persona fisica o giuridica che si registra e utilizza il Servizio.
- Integrazione: il plugin WordPress, middleware o configurazione reverse proxy che collega un sito a Prerex.
- Sito: il sito web o applicazione web dell'Utente collegata al Servizio.
2. Accettazione
L'utilizzo del Servizio implica l'accettazione integrale delle presenti Condizioni.
3. Descrizione del servizio
- Rendering delle pagine tramite browser headless su infrastruttura cloud
- Cache e distribuzione dell'HTML renderizzato ai bot e crawler
- Verifica dell'identità dei bot tramite DNS
- Ottimizzazione automatica dei tempi di rendering (Rex Sense)
- Pulizia HTML per alleggerire le pagine servite ai bot
- Dashboard con metriche di impatto SEO
4. Piani e prezzi
Prova: €0 per 14 giorni, 1 dominio, configurazione iniziale e massimo 100 nuovi render.
Prerex Core (€29,90/mese o €299/anno): 1 dominio, bot SEO, cache, dashboard, fino a 100 pagine attive e 2.500 nuovi render.
Prerex Boost (€49,90/mese o €499/anno): 1 dominio, fino a 500 pagine attive e 10.000 nuovi render, bot SEO/AI/Social, Rex Sense, cleanup HTML, alert e report mensile automatico.
Agency (€129/mese): fino a 5 domini con consumo condiviso, supporto e report automatizzati.
Enterprise: preventivo per e-commerce, portali, grandi archivi o esigenze particolari.
I prezzi possono essere aggiornati con preavviso di 30 giorni.
5. Registrazione e account
- Email valido e password di almeno 8 caratteri
- L'Utente è responsabile della sicurezza delle proprie credenziali
- Account non condivisibile tra soggetti non correlati
6. Obblighi dell'utente
- Utilizzare il Servizio solo per siti di cui è proprietario o gestore autorizzato
- Non utilizzare per attività illecite
- Non tentare accesso a risorse non autorizzate
- Non sovraccaricare intenzionalmente il Servizio
- Mantenere aggiornata l'integrazione scelta
7. Disponibilità del servizio (SLA)
Uptime target: 99.5% su base mensile. Escluse: manutenzione programmata, forza maggiore, malfunzionamenti dell'hosting dell'Utente, attacchi DDoS. Indisponibilità >24h non programmate: credito proporzionale per utenti dei piani a pagamento.
8. Proprietà intellettuale
- Plugin, API, infrastruttura e Rex Sense sono proprietà esclusiva del Titolare
- Plugin WordPress distribuito sotto licenza GPL2
- L'Utente mantiene la proprietà dei propri contenuti
- Vietato decompilare o copiare la logica server-side
9. Limitazione di responsabilità
Servizio fornito "as is". Il Titolare non garantisce risultati di ranking specifici. Responsabilità massima: importo pagato nei 12 mesi precedenti.
10. Recesso e cancellazione
Cancellazione in qualsiasi momento, dati rimossi entro 30 giorni. Nessun rimborso per periodi parziali già fatturati. Il Titolare può sospendere account in violazione con preavviso di 7 giorni.
11. Modifiche
Comunicate via email con almeno 30 giorni di anticipo.
12. Legge applicabile e foro competente
Legge italiana. Foro competente: Como, salvo disposizioni inderogabili a favore del consumatore.
